Have you considered drilling a new hole???  I mean all of the time spent trying to get the packer out seems we could have simply drilled another one???  My point is does TECO management have a point where they are simply going to say enough with SJ#3??  At some point, if there is true potential, it would seem worth it to move on to SJ#4.
