I must agree on those points. His trailing disclaimer at the end of his talk was well muddled. Interesting though that he appeared to find his focus in the infinitive phase "to evaluate these offhanded, off the cuff and, frankly, often baseless statements in the court's cold hard light..." (!!)  The rest of his statement rambled discursively, but we can tell what's he got cooking for the dear hubbie career uber-bashers.
