I don't believe for a second it was an unintentional slip of the tongue, though Benz, as a seasoned adjudicator and attorney, made it appear that way. The 11/05/2013 comment by Benz is a warning to the over-the-top hubbie bashers of what they can expect from their unjustified and unreasonable 24/7 months long ad hominem assaults on Benz and Allyn and BB, i.e.,  "the court's cold hard light."
