$ICRD .0034 is my new low float MONSTER bottom bouncing alert. ONLY 34 million O/S and it's below 5 cents???! It gets better, ONLY 110 million A/S. This is unheard of to have an A/S this low. No one has talked about or touched it for months, which gave the MM's opportunity to bring it down this low and us the opportunity to WAKE UP this sleeping giant.
