Agreed Polkadot, and I have to believe that interviews are progressing for the Board candidates. Once appointed, the board will be a significant "green light" indicator, as it will mean the company is prepared to uplist when all other conditions have been met.
But it is by no means a quick and dirty process. Future independents must get to know both management and one another. There is lots of DD to be done on one another, and they must also get a feel for each others' communication style to develop a good working relationship. At least one independent must be a "financial expert" to head up the audit committee.
I will be satisfied if Ehrlich announces the appointments by year end, and less so if he does not.
