Feds giving the green light will soon create a domino effect and all parts to the industry including banking will have a green light, That way the feds can insure they are getting their cut... The Fed Govt. does not really care how you earn your money as long as they get their cut... look at Al Capone Nailed for Tax Evasion... not murder, or racketeering, the Govt. just wants their cut. Allowing banks to collect payments will create the paper trail of funds so auditing these now cash businesses will be traceable and sates will start seeing true revenues that they wont be able to say no to.
