I have no idea on the funding issue. On the drilling and wireline issue I would say they would study the #3 well longer being the first drill they have done on this lease. This is one of the reasons I don't think they will finish all 3 on this lease. I see this as a good thing minus the missed date. I would rather them take their time and get all of them right than rush to hit a deadline.
