TECO’S prior strategy appears to be:  manage the follow of information to avoid total stock price collapse whereby, they over promised but under delivered - an ill-informed strategy that affected stock price. Still, in recent times they appear to over promise with these unnecessary self-imposed deadlines, which again hits credibility. But going forward, I believe you would see where this company under promises and over delivers – a common practice by successful and well-run corporations. It has been a painfully learning phase for this company, but I think they now have knowledgeable people running things and learning to learn from past mistakes.  Understand this is still pinkyland, but at least, they are credited as one of the very few that seems legit.

A realistic expectation is for the company to completely finish one new well by 12/31.
