Some of the stuff on otcmarket is outdated.  Share structure has changed a little bit.  I believe the O/S could be around 1 Billion and the A/S was increased to 2.2B. Clark did mention the 2.2B in one of the recent podcasts.  I would not be alarmed about it. No worries until we see the filing which will tell us the truth.  Having a high A/S allows acquisitions and growth.
