It's no big deal. The MM's just don't want to let it run yet. They know they won't be able to stop it from running once the 10k comes out, so they're playing with it a little now and accumulating shares for when the real party begins. The fact that we've been steadily seeing higher lows throughout this accumulation period can't be overstated enough though. If people think that THIS is the run, then they're really fooling themselves. We've just been stair stepping our way up so far. The real run is yet to begin. GLTA and Go RFMK!!!
