Have you ever heard the saying "squeaky wheel get's the grease". How about this one "beggars can't be choosers"? A lack of funding due to past 2011 and 2012 mistakes won't make them "choosers" but more the opposite. I've never heard of a successful man who just bent over and took whatever came their way. Man needs to fight for success but be honest and have some level of integrity along the way. I like TECOs new business plan and I hope it is successful in the long run. I'll find what they continue to PR along the way to be fascinating.
