Ive seen it many times as well but those stocks usually have tons of dilution to help bring it down. I trade and sit on trips shells or developmentals for years which is why i chose this 0001 name. But skto just doesnt fit the profile for a trips stock, if it does get that low on their credentials and A/S at the moment it would have to be manipulated and dumped like never before. Thats why i will hoard it if it ever gets that low, its not realistic unless the company dumps a ton of shares on
