Yea, Foreign or not they are all trading on the Pink Sheets for one reason, like other smart companies, namely OODH - it's to save money, that was the whole point I was trying to make.

There are obviously different levels,  so it's not an Ice Age, it's regarding various corporate actions 99.99% of the time.

I agree all Brokers have all different positions on each and every stock.   


I thought you said you wanted to talk strictly about OODH    -  You're kinda getting off topic with the talk about all the other companies you have dealt with in the past!  

What other company's do or have done does not have anything to do with OODH
