Joey I am trying to be optimistic. Last time they filed late because they purchased:

Yes I did read the previous posts about fins not being audited and I understand that will have to wait for the audited annual report. Personally I am really glad because I want to grab more shares before the split.
Yes I am disappointed with the late / last minute filings, but personally I had no plans to start selling until Nov 2014. I would like to have 3 quarters of ever increasing revs after PharmaJanes goes live before I start selling. That is when I think we will see $0.50 or more. So that has always been my personal plan.
The only piece missing from the puzzle IMO is Cannabeer. That is why I think we will get it. It is just my opinion.
