Last friday mr. peterson told me no audited Q3 because of the expense involved. They are going to wait until the end of 4th quartewr then have audit completed!! So hopes of merger this year is nonexistant!! Everything is coming weeks,next week, next month, coming months, next quarter or coming quarters! No urgency! Lol!! I think they think they can stall this until MMJ is legal in all states! 2017-2018 ???
