I was being somewhat corny. A start up specialist WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD is needed. More importantly, how do we know what anybody is doing or not doing. It would behoove us really to sit in on a board meeting. Only then can we get a full understanding of what's going on behind the scenes.
