I would fully agree all micro cap hedge funds do is short the piss out of them until there is nothing left but box in at .0001.
The question is what is the relationship between the hedge fund intermediaries ( (bashers like junk)and the people ( ie max) that are wittingly or unwittingly helping them try to box this in. That has been my question all along. Will be interesting to see what developed, each fake bk plaintiff will be jointly and singularly liable so they will have their own attorney and possibly a group attorney. Maybe one will rat the others out for Leniency.
