I'm no legal eagle, but if I were Treaty, i would subpoena LieHub for the names of the problem aliases and compare them to those named in the filing. I'd bet all of my shares that there's a correlation. That way, we also have LieHub in the visegrips.
I believe it it perfectly legal to subpoena a third party where there is presumed to be a cause/effect. I once subpoenaed a hardware store for their sales records to prove that a painter took my money and diverted it instead of using it to purchase material at a discount after he showed up with different material, claiming the store sold what he allegedly pre-purchased to someone else.
