The company has saved, and still saves, hundreds of thousands of dollars by staying right on the Pink sheets. 

It simply boils down to Econ 101 why waste money? Especially when  creating  (and preserving) shareholder value.

Many of the largest companies in the World are just finally realizing what a complete waste of time and money it is to comply with SOX or other Regs, and this issue has them switching to the Pinksheets.
