ron has been upfront with the investors on the status of the company. we have been getting the 10ks and 10qs slowly the next one to come out is the fourth quarter of 2012 then we will start to see the 2013 filings we already know they are not the best until we see the 3rd quarter of 2013 witch will be the march filing of the 2013 financials witch is were he says we will start to see profitability and positive cash flow. the one I would like to see is the 2013 year end witch is the June 30th filing for mdhi that is the end of the 2013 fiscal year for us.
