I know they had a direct impact on TECO's  ability to receive better than not funding terms.  It's time to turn the tide.  These losers might not have the money to pay or in the end it might put some into their own bankruptcy but this case will definitely send a message.  I wish TECO the best in their fight against what has been ongoing attacks for years.
