NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Treaty Energy Corp. has filed a Motion to Reopen Case in order for the court to consider a Motion for Damages against the Petitioning Creditors and their attorney, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Sec. 303(i).  
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, if granted, the Court will reopen this Chapter 7 proceeding to consider the aforesaid referenced motion for damages.  
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any Opposition to this Motion must be filed with this Court and with the movant’s attorney, Thomas E. Schafer, III, 328 Lafayette Street, New Orleans, Louisiana, 70130, no later than seven (7) days prior to the hearing.  
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a hearing will be held at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, 500 Poydras Street, Room B-705, New Orleans, Louisiana, on the 18th day of December, 2013, at 9:00 a.m.
