As I 've mentioned a couple times before CWRN filed a form  D  2-18-10 for an attempted sale of 500,000 shares of stock as part of an attempt to raise money to start operations- but only 50,000 shares was subscribed as per the form 1 month before the mar 2010  promo-thus the mar 2010 promo as an attempt to raise money to begin operations
