Yes 1gumbi, I did read your post, but that specific question was not brought up.  I don't know what might happen to or with other debt holders.  However, once one agreement is made, that agreement is often used as a template for others.  Since cleaning up the share structure seems a high priority once immediate concerns are addressed, I suspect we will hear their plan after Mister Hayward's shares are addressed.
