what needs to be realized is that with the movement to the next phase  the government has to no longer work as much with a company that took 24 plus years to make it happen or get this far into the certification process , the government will now be working with an experienced crew of professional aircraft operators, the next phase  will move along smoothly, this crew team has many hours flying this platform and many hours of previous schooling and many hours of schooling to maintain their personal flight certifications ,the next 7 weeks brings the company to Jan.1st or so and then the PPS will be higher and 2014 is the year.
