Finally received a email from Jeff C. He did contact the otcmarket web site rep. and had the share structure information correctly updated. Jeff also made some calls to try and identify the source of the lack of L2 information, but was given the same run around information I have been experiencing. He would not comment on the two year audit on financials or when they would become available, stating this would be considered as insider information. I have contacted the sec and was told this lack of information is a regulatory violation and to reaffirm ADVFN of this. Of which I've done. I do think there're some shenanigans going on, as stated in another post. Perhaps anyone else watching this might also report this L2 inactivity. I find it hard to believe that if a tech glitch were behind this; Comparatively speaking, if the ADVFN platform were down in its entirety, would it take 14 days to fix? I think not.
