The 10K uses two different terminologies when referring to who the shareholders of record are. It states as of July 31st, 2013 there were 826, 402, 041 shares issued to "ACTIVE SHAREHOLDERS". On Nov. 13, 2013 there were 2,165, 721, 003 shares issued to 140 "BENEFICIAL OWNERS".
Humm, wonder, AEGY added only 4 new shareholders during this 90 day period. WOULDN'T IT BE NICE IF IEQUITY BOUGHT THE CONVERTIBLE NOTES FROM ASHER AND PLANS ON RETIRING THEM OR RESTRICT THEM IN SOME FASHION SO THEY ARE NOT FLOATABLE SHARES.
