A copy of the check for 100m shares of Geos restricted stock and the stock certificate didnt copy from the original inCWRN's complaint (if a PC whiz would like to spend the time to copy that from the Ca site go ahead and do so)
but the date of Geo's private stock acquisition would've probably been between May 7 and Sept 21,2010 -so, if sold during the high price from Jan-Mar 2011 would not have been held the 1 year required by the rule 144 exemption for a non -SEC reporting company.
