They've been in that business since their TMT Global days... alleged to have met Bob in Manzanillo.  supposedly had an iron ore sands project going inaddition to working with CWRN. 

I like Clark's theory on those restricted shares, too.  Perhaps those issues Brad's sorting out were Geo-induced.
