iggy is saying the texas court denied Geos motion to withdraw its[untimely] request for jury trial-
so there will be a jury trial, which is good for CWRN-
harder to manipulate every member of a jury which has not heard Geos pretrial accusations than just 1 judge who has
the denial of Geos motion is not showing on the legal site on my PC yet
after TX trial, ball is in CWRN's court on 13 counts against Geo in CA for scores of alleged actual and punitive damages,including RICO
