Even if DTC chill can prevent distribution of free-trading AEGY divi shares (of marginal value to most SKTO holders especially when they are dumped in unison), that doesn't mean the rest of the program (of far more importance) cannot move forward, i.e., merger, change in CUSIP, and Name change. The AEGY divi is more a thorn than a salve. If it were cancelled, there might be sighs of relief.
