Thanks. I don't know a lot about this chill business but I see no reason for it to effect dividend distribution....otherwise they would have mentioned it. It has to do with trading of common stock. I know of other companies that I own that have a chill on them. I am able to trade them through Schwab but others have complained that they are unable to trade with their broker(I think TDA) do to a chill. Even with TDA you can trade...but it needs to be cleared manually...so I think this is a none issue.
A DEPOSITORY “ CHILL ” HAS BEEN PLACED ON OUR COMMON SHARES WHICH WILL SUBSTANTIALLY REDUCE THE LIQUISITY OF OUR STOCK
We have been advised by the Depository Trust Company that it has placed a “ chill ” on the electronic holding and trading of our common shares, which will result in increased difficulty in depositing our common stock for trading and in the actual trading of our common shares, which will have to be cleared manually as a result of the chill. While we are working with legal counsel to remove this chill, there is no assurance if we will be able to do so, and no estimate if and when the chill might be removed.
