I think the float is substantially more than 600 million - just my guess. VERT is known as a diluter. When shares are added to the AS - VERT is used to put them on the market. At least that's what others have posted. I used to think those people posting those things were full of it, but with increases every Q in the AS, it's hard not to believe that they are correct.
