Bitcoin pushes above $400 for new record high
NEW YORK (MarketWatch) — The virtual currency bitcoin jumped to yet another all-time high on Wednesday, pushing above $400 on the trading exchange Mt. Gox. Bitcoin rose to a record $424.95, breaking through highs set Wednesday morning. Bitcoin has been minting a series of records since pushing above the $266 level last week, which had been the intraday high since April.
