My opinion is either Jan or Mayor are in charge of the PR's and day to day activity. Benz is there strictly for when there's a legal document or filing that needs to get done and Allyn might be there just for hand shaking and possibly getting collectives and businesses to come aboard. Both Benz and Allyn have other things going I believe. The day to day is more then likely run by Mayor and Jan.
