QUESTION--why would a trader REPEATEDLY paint a PPS to .0001 with only a 100 share trade.
This has happened for the last week with WTWO.
I do realize that the trader wants the PPS @.0001--but why waste the trade commission??
It is the first time that I have seen this strategy-OPINIONS??
