You're correct: it is completely unfathomable that a person could put $50,000 into something they are actively working to decrease in value...UNLESS THEY ARE TOTALLY RETARDED. I believe we have a genuine, clinically diagnosable retard on our hands here with In50K (I worked with mentally retarded kids at a local hospital for a couple years - I know one when I see one).
