Dang it if I'm not starting to like that capted.
Oh, and the platter and pistol and other items found so far at the Heartland site would have been under a dig and identify permit so they would have been turned over to the state 100%. Once the phase 3 permit is given (to SFRX), the state will only get 20% of the items found. Since the phase 3 was not granted to Heartland, there was no point in digging up anything else as it would just be given to the state anyway. Heartland was doing good to find anything anyway considering they didn't even have a mag survey.
