The North Dakota medical marijuana law has been stricken from the ballot because of signature fraud.  8 NDSU football players  & 3 others are being charged with facilitation of voter fraud.  They had about 20,000 signatures & found approximately a dozen bogus names but over 7000 were declared ineligible, which put them about 500 short of the required amount.

It has been almost 20 years since they have disqualified a measure from the ballot in ND.  Politics is sometimes so misdirected that they won't even let our own people vote on what we want & do not want.

Imagine that.....
