O/S 110m shares. I truly believe that the real start is Q2 2014, and major traction in Q3 and Q4 2014 will be tremendous. Again, I am not looking for anything Q3 2013 and Q4 2013 its not on my radar. My call is there will be no more short term notes after octet 16th again, that was day GEM deal was announced. I would think imo there might be a note or 2 written before that but probably nominal in nature. SCRC is in the best financial shape it has ever been in. We have very high P.M.'s over 40% across the board, I am not including the D.O.D. its meaningless to the equation.
