Lookin' for Love on the OTC could be a C&W song. Retail likes sub-pennies, but OODH is waaaaay beyond the flippers. Company has significant assets. PR's and/or 8-K's that prove those assets will bring in long-term investors and rocket the PPS. In other words, why should low vol be a problem for new partners? They're the ones who will help drive the share price.
