Have been reading about Cocobolo(rosewood). Very expensive, highly prized wood-rarely found outside national parks-been exploited in the past for its beauty and quality. Hard to find-grows 45-60 feet tall and about 2 feet in diameter. Used for gun and knife handles, high-end guitars, bagpipes, jewlry boxes, pens, high-end furniture, flooring-found in Latin America (Panama). Some trees valued at $10,000. HMMM.......... Bet there are a few of these in Lake Bayano.
