You know, I'm just guessing when I say this, but .....
I wouldn't be surprised if BGL hadn't stumbled upon a "super vein" of gold deposits when doing their assay diamond drilling in Cinco Minas but have kept the news to themselves.
That's one possibility I can think of as to why BGL is so desperate to get control of Cinco Minas but not to pay anything for it.
After all Tumi did say something in their report along the lines that there was a large part of the mining licence that they hadn't tested.
This is all speculation on my part.
