Our due diligence of Mr. Alberto Barrientos has confirmed our overall due diligence within the M&A industry. A merger is in play here. Once the new website is up proving operations and merger is filed with the SEC via Form 8K everyone will know what is going on. In the meantime our group is loading and locking our shares for a significant move based on valuation of new company. We are looking for a PPS and market cap for DUSS 10-25 times current values.
