Technically speaking doesn't "Fully Reporting" go away next Friday 11/15 unless the Q3 financials are filed by then?  Is Reid suggesting he will have Q3 completed by the 15th?  Otherwise we are no longer "fully reporting"?   The OTCBB might continue to list TECO as fully reporting but how long will they keep that up?  I don't want to see any skull and crossbones!  Halloween is over!  LOL!   These aren't rhetorical questions because I really don't know how these listings work when financials overlap due dates.
