do u have to subscribe to dtc to get this info? i've seen the link for the subscription,
the person who posted this notice on every stock board on the other board of the co's on the list claims this is a global lock and that every co on the list deserved the global lock.
How can either claim be made when the notice itself does not say global lock and no reason for the notice is given re any of the co's on the list.
