Yes I hope so!  There was a lot of pre-market buying above 2.90 so I am hopeful it will be the volume before the run up.  It is holding in the 2.86-2.89 range for some time now.  NOK needs to close strong and hopefully tomorrow brings good news from the Nokia World Event to make NOK a runner.
