DCB you said "Hang in the financials are better than anticipated." You surely aren't speaking of the Q2 financials?  I assume the 3rd 10Q will look much better with much more revenue but I assume you haven't seen those yet.  I doubt any of the Stockton revenue hits the 2013 financials.  We won't learn of the official Stockton 2&3 production revenue until 2014 10Q1 which will be filed in April/May.  Anything before that would be considered rumor and speculation by smart investors. The market is forward looking so hopefully we don't need to wait that long for a PPS recovery.  Maybe 10Q3 and the 10K will spark the market. I personally need the financials from this point forward!
