Yes I read the Russians answer. I have never seen the Russian say anything good about TECO. His statement may be true, I don't know. All I do know is the Russian and several others on TECO Ihub are nowhere to be found when good news is out, but when there is low volume and no news, they are out in full force with lots of negative posts.
