yesterday $BLUU announced the Acquisition of a St. Maarten Business License!
Blue Water Global Group, Inc. (BLUU) announces that it has acquired an active business license and two associated directors licenses in St. Maarten, Dutch West Indies. These licenses were previously owned by Mermaid Enterprises, N.V., a limited liability company that never conducted any business operations and was an empty "shell" company. These licenses are required by the government prior to opening a business to the public in St. Maarten and are now owned by Blue Water Bar & Grill, N.V., a St. Maarten limited liability company, which is also a new wholly-owned subsidiary of Blue Water.
